GovPurchase is an independent private commercial intelligence and advisory firm operated under National Bid Network. GovPurchase is not an agency, affiliate, or official branch of the United States Federal Government, Department of Defense, or General Services Administration (GSA). All public federal opportunity records are curated, indexed, and enhanced through proprietary software and procurement analysis.

4. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, user interface layouts, database search taxonomies, training videos, and analytical commentary provided by GovPurchase are the exclusive intellectual property of GovPurchase and National Bid Network. You agree that:

• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or programmatically extract data from our web application without written consent.
• Subscription logins are intended for authorized internal company use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed to external parties.
• Government technical drawings retrieved via our portal are subject to applicable federal distribution restrictions (e.g., Export Control / ITAR / Distribution Statement B, C, D) and may only be handled by authorized U.S. defense contractors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Award Guarantees

While GovPurchase maintains the highest standards of data verification and procurement methodology, we do not and cannot guarantee that any client will win or be awarded a specific government contract. Final award determinations rest solely with government contracting officers and agency source selection evaluation boards.

6. Subscription Terms & Cancellation

Commercial subscriptions to GovPurchase intelligence portals are provided under custom enterprise and corporate agreements. Detailed pricing, billing terms, cancellation windows, and user seat limits are defined within your specific service agreement executed with your account representative.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
